The Hood River County Education Foundation (HRCEF) seeks a part-time (18-25 hours/week) Executive Director to lead organizational development, community relations, marketing, and fundraising campaigns. Exceptional communication, organizational and budgeting skills along with a bachelor’s degree are required.
