Our Scholars & Donors

Thank you for believing in me and my potential. I am committed to making the most of this great opportunity you have given me.
Both Rod and Mary Anne were recipients of college scholarships which allowed them lengthy careers in seminary education. "Establishing a scholarship fund is one way we can provide that same boost to current students".
Thank you for your continued support of the arts in our schools. You have let me be creative with the kids and my program is flourishing because of it.

2nd Grade Visists Oregon Zoo

The best part about taking Parkdale kids to Portland and the zoo is that for SO many students it's their first time seeing the city and going to the zoo. It is a trip that they talk about years later. … It's a great opportunity for students to learn about habitat, conservation, and up close learning with amazing animals.

Swim Lessons For Water Safety

Growing up in Hood River County means living and playing next to lakes, streams, and the Columbia River. Being safe and confident in the water is an important skill for children to learn, which is why HRCEF and Hood River Parks & Rec have partnered to fund swim lessons for all Kindergarten, second and fourth grade students in our district.
