At the Hood River County Education Foundation, we believe education is the foundation for lifelong success. To support students on this journey, we manage over 55 scholarship funds that provide awards to graduating HRVHS seniors and current college students.
Over the past 25+ years, we’ve awarded over $2.6 million to more than 1,000 HRV graduates.
These funds are largely supported by local families, organizations, and businesses, with awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 each year. Each scholarship has its own set of criteria, reflecting the values and interests of the donors who established the fund.
We offer scholarships for students pursuing degrees from four-year universities, community colleges, and vocational/trade programs. Additionally, college scholarships are available for HRVHS graduates.
