To help students having difficulty completing HRCEF’s college scholarship applications due to COVID-related delays, HRCEF has extended the due date to April 17, 2020.
For students applying to the Jesse Elder Memorial Scholarship, official high-school transcripts can be requested by emailing carol.wagar@hoodriver.k12.or.us.
