The Hood River County Education Foundation created the Impact Teaching Grants program to help Hood River County School District staff, teachers, and students fund ideas that would not normally be covered by the HRCSD budget. Impact Teaching Grants have funded projects across the district — from microscopes to mountain bikes, and art galleries to robotics programs. Since the program’s inception, the Impact Teaching Grants program has provided over $350,000 in grant awards for our schools.

Our goal is to help educators bring their innovative teaching ideas to life. Click on any of the links below to read about our grant recipients.

Impact Teaching Grants are funded completely by community donations. If you would like to support our grants program, click here to donate.
